The Feelings Kit is a collection of six powerful emotional support oils, and when used together, these oils can help us process and release even deep emotional hurts. Use the oils consistently and frequently! Check out some of these favorite recipes and try one today!

image ROLLER BLENDS WITH THE FEELINGS KIT The oils in the Feelings Kit are wonderful to use as a daily perfume, and these roller blends are a great way to experience them! You can use these throughout the day along with breathing and stillness to help process emotions in real time. Plus, they smell amazing! Add any of these to a 10mL roller bottle:

Happy Heart

  • 10-15 drops each Joy, Release, Orange, Bergamot
  • FIll with carrier and/or Relaxation Massage Oil

Calm & Connected

  • 10-15 drops Harmony
  • 10 drops Lemon, Valor, Grapefruit
  • FIll with carrier and/or Relaxation Massage Oil

Playful Heart

  • 15 drops Inner Child
  • 10 drops each Stress away, Grapefruit, Harmony
  • FIll with carrier and/or Relaxation Massage Oil

Emotional Exhale

  • 15 drops each Release, Forgiveness, Orange, Grapefruit
  • FIll with carrier and/or Relaxation Massage Oil

Sacred Space

  • 10-15 drops each Present Time, Patchouli, Orange
  • Fill with carrier of choice

Weighted Blanket

  • 15 drops each Harmony, Bergamot
  • 10 drops each Valor, Frankincense, Lavender
  • Fill with carrier of choice

image DIY SPRAYS WITH THE FEELINGS KIT Simple linen sprays can be used on bed sheets, clothing, stuffed animals, sleeping bags, backpacks - virtually any cloth item. They are a great way to get these oil blends on and around you on a daily basis. To make a spray, simply add distilled water, essential oils, and a splash of witch hazel to a spray bottle! We usually use about 20 drops of essential oil in a 2oz spray bottle.

  • Peaceful Evening: Valor, Lavender, Vetiver
  • Lay it Down: Release, White Angelica, Bergamot
  • Sweet Surrender: Forgiveness, Tangerine, Valor
  • Present Moment: Release, Present Time, Orange
  • Innate Joy: Harmony, Inner Child, Tangerine, Lime
  • Daily Zen: Present Time, Grapefruit, Bergamot

image DIFFUSER BLENDS WITH THE FEELINGS KIT Diffusing this powerful blend is a wonderful way to use it via aromatherapy. You get the benefits of the scent-brain connection, and multiple people can benefit at the same time. Diffuse one of these combinations throughout the day, while you sleep, or as you journal, meditate, pray or sit quietly and process emotions.

  • Let it Go: 5 drops Release, 4 drops Lavender, 2-3 drops Valor
  • Weighted Blanket: 4 drops each Harmony, Tangerine, White Angelica
  • Peaceful Feelings: 4 drops each Inner Child, Sacred Frankincense, Sacred Sandalwood
  • Deep Exhale: 4 drops each Forgiveness, Lime, Hope
  • Daily Zen: 4 drops each Present Time, Grapefruit, Bergamot
  • Safe Space: 4 drops Harmony, 3 drops each Forgiveness, Lavender, 2 drops Lemon

HOW TO USE THESE RECIPES The specific combination of oils in these blends is an intentional mix. These oils can help to open the subconscious mind through stimulating the pineal gland - a part of the brain where memory and mood are processed. When you're using any of these oils for emotional processing and support, you want to use them frequently and consistently. There is no wrong way to use them, but here are some of our favorites:

  • Apply or diffuse them while journaling, praying, reading scriptures, meditating, even practicing yoga or stretching.
  • Apply and diffuse them throughout the day and while you sleep.
  • Apply, diffuse and deeply inhale them as you revisit past hurts and utilize visualization to rewire your nervous system.
  • Apply and diffuse them as you write a letter to yourself, a younger version of yourself or someone else (you don't have to send the letter!)
